About the role

  • Lead the technical side of the sales process—owning discovery, demos, solutions scoping, and all technical conversations.
  • Be the “Product Hero” who showcases the flexibility and power of Cordial’s platform in a way that resonates with each prospect’s unique needs.
  • Provide hands-on technical enablement for the sales team and act as the resident product expert.
  • Offer insight and perspective to Product and leadership on feature requests, competitive intel, and market trends.
  • Help shape our pre-sales playbook—capturing best practices, refining processes, and onboarding new team members as we grow.
  • Drive excellence in RFP support, including contributing to and optimizing our new Loopio RFP platform.
  • Bring a critical, strategic lens to deals across the pipeline—spotting opportunities, risks, and creative solutions.

Requirements

  • 8+ years as a Senior Sales Engineer, Solutions Architect, or similar role in SaaS
  • Bachelor's degree
