Serve as financial partner to construction, planning, and engineering teams for capital projects
Lead strategy and stewardship of federal grants including FAA AIP, PFCs, IIJA
Direct capital budget process and guide prioritization efforts for $4.5B Capital Budget
Translate project scope and progress into financial strategies, reporting, and grant funding plans
Manage FAA and state grants, support debt strategies and feasibility studies
Lead grant applications, compliance reporting, drawdowns, and audit preparation
Partner with engineers and project managers to convert construction activity into forecasts and reports
Establish performance requirements, professional development, and coaching for staff
Build partnerships across Finance, Engineering, and Construction and prepare reports for leadership and auditors
Requirements
Five years of financial, budgeting and/or accounting experience, at least two of which were in a supervisory or program management capacity, preferably supporting a business unit or any equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience.
Graduation from an accredited four-year college or university with a major in accounting, finance, business administration or a closely related field.
