About the role
- Lead social-first art direction and editing for U.S. skincare and beauty brands by creating culturally relevant, conversation-starting ideas and producing high-impact visuals and short-form videos
- Build visually strong content calendars and leverage AI as a visual tool to enhance speed, quality, and creative output
- Generate and develop bold creative ideas that spark conversation and drive engagement on social
- Build visually impactful content calendars (pillars, series, formats, cadence)
- Design and produce fresh, trend-driven visuals and short-form videos for TikTok, Reels, and Shorts
- Own social-native video editing (hooks, pacing, captions, vertical formatting, versioning)
- Use AI tools as part of the creative workflow for ideation, adaptation, and visual optimization
- Stay closely connected to what’s shaping U.S. culture and translate it into platform-native content
Requirements
- Senior-level art direction with a social-first portfolio (TikTok/Reels/Shorts examples)
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) communication
- Strong social-native video editing skills (short-form, vertical, captions, pacing)
- Ability to create trendy visual design and motion/video assets for social
- Strategic use of AI as a visual tool (generation, editing, adaptation, versioning)
- Deep understanding of platform culture and trends, especially in the U.S. market
- (Preferred) Experience with skincare & beauty clients
- High autonomy and speed to perform well in a fully remote environment
