About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide telephone, email, and virtual technical support for enquiries from the CS Hotline
  • Provide technical assistance to Climate Solutions UK B2B and B2C partner engineers
  • Monitor Partner Portal cases and escalate or resolve issues with high-quality, detailed information
  • Conduct technical site support and site inspection visits
  • Share HVAC technical knowledge through informal support and planned training events
  • Provide ad hoc reports to improve overall service and reduce future support requests
  • Attend Samsung meetings and training, primarily in Chertsey, and dealer review meetings
  • Review support metrics and key statistics with the line manager and Samsung
  • Help compile customer-facing FAQs, service bulletins, technical tips, training test banks, and ECC question banks

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Ability to liaise with customers in an empathic and technically effective manner
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to advise non-technical customers
  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Ability to work independently and within a team
  • Ability to work with Samsung sales to resolve partner issues
  • Strong technical engineering background with proven technical-role experience in the air-conditioning and heat-pump industry
  • Full UK driving licence with fewer than 6 points
  • Tenacious problem-solving approach
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
  • Field air-conditioning and heat-pump support experience
