Legal Supervisor – PwD Affirmative Position

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Work on preventive and strategic legal actions, ensuring legal compliance and enhancing customer experience.
- Supervise and optimize workflows and tasks within the system, promoting control, automation, and standardization of legal processes.
- Supervise and guide the management of mass and strategic litigation actions, focusing on Consumer Law.
- Develop and implement legal guidelines to strengthen preventive actions, reducing risks and improving the customer experience.
- Plan, monitor, and report on departmental initiatives, with direct interaction with other internal areas.
- Draft, review, and update contracts, terms of use, customer service policies, and other documents related to the consumer journey.
- Collaborate with internal areas to ensure compliance and alignment of business practices with consumer legislation.
- Provide technical support to the legal team and partner law firms on Consumer Law issues.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Law with an active OAB registration.
- Specialization in Consumer Law or related fields will be an advantage.
- Previous experience in mass litigation and strategic action in Consumer Law.
- Knowledge in project management or integrated action with business areas.
- Familiarity with legal systems (such as NetLex, Projuris, among others) is an advantage.
- High organizational capacity to handle multiple simultaneous demands.
- Experience in large companies or law firms with a high volume of consumer-related demands.
- Fluent English.
