About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- The Director, Display Sales will lead and execute sales strategies for the Display organization.
- Focus on driving revenue growth and market expansion.
- Oversee a team of sales professionals, develop strategic partnerships, and ensure alignment with regional business objectives.
- Analyze market trends, competitive positioning, and customer insights to create effective sales strategies and optimize product offerings.
- Monitor and report on sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.
- 12-14 years of relevant industry experience in sales and marketing.
- Proven leadership experience with a track record of managing and developing high-performing sales teams.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and translate it into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for peer, outward, and upward interactions.
- Preferred Qualifications: Experience in the display industry or related fields.
- Familiarity with B2B sales channels and market data tracking.
- Understanding of PSI, CPFR, and P&L processes.
