About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide internal and external support for our products for a defined customer base
  • Enter customer orders in accordance with Sales / HQ directions and company guidelines
  • SCM coordination and collaboration with other internal teams to ensure smooth flow of product to the customers
  • Arrange deliveries in conjunction with HQ, Warehouses and Logistics Service Providers
  • Provide real-time updates to customers regarding delivery status
  • Ensure accurate invoicing according to company guidelines and KPI targets
  • Monitor account status in conjunction with Credit Control to avoid overdue invoices and maximize company KPI achievement
  • Manage samples, recalls and returns for the above-mentioned products as required
  • Support other team members during absence and/or as needed, including at month end

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • University degree in the commercial fields, or equivalent commercial education and experience
  • 2+ years of relevant experience within a Customer Service / Supply Chain fast-paced B2B environment of a multinational company
  • Automotive experience it's a plus
  • Availability to work on a fix term contract role - 2 years
  • Experience within the Semiconductor/Electronics industry advantageous
  • Customer service-oriented approach/mindset
  • Fluent in English (additional languages advantageous)
  • Strong communication skills
  • Excellent numerical and analytical skills with high level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Ability to organize, prioritize and multi-task under minimum supervision
  • Proactive team player with ability to work in a multi-cultural environment
  • Strong knowledge of MS-Office, especially Excel
  • SAP knowledge highly favored
