About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Develop and implement integrated marketing and communications strategies for the MX Brand Memory portfolio with the goal of sustainably increasing brand awareness, customer loyalty and business growth
  • Plan, manage and optimize cross-channel marketing campaigns with a focus on digital channels such as social media, search, display and CRM
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing plan in close coordination with internal and external stakeholders
  • Create and refine audience-targeted content and ensure consistent brand communication across all relevant touchpoints
  • Analyze campaign, market and consumer data and derive data-driven recommendations for continuous performance optimization
  • Conceptualize and run trade shows, events and brand activations to strengthen brand presence and customer interaction
  • Work closely with agencies, media partners and internal teams in marketing, product management and sales to ensure successful project delivery
  • Take responsibility for planning, managing and controlling marketing budgets and ensuring efficient resource allocation
  • Monitor relevant market, consumer and digital trends and integrate innovative technologies and approaches into the marketing strategy

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Degree in marketing, communications, media or a comparable qualification
  • Several years of professional experience in marketing communications, digital marketing or a comparable role
  • Solid knowledge of planning and executing digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels
  • Experience with analytics, tracking and campaign management tools and a strong understanding of data-driven marketing
  • Ability to combine creative ideas with strategic thinking and an analytical approach
  • Structured, self-directed and results-oriented working style with strong execution skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills and experience collaborating with diverse stakeholders
  • High initiative, innovative mindset and enthusiasm for new marketing trends and technologies
  • Very good German and English language skills, both written and spoken
