About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates, hiring managers, and interview panels
- Manage interview-related communication, including confirmations, reminders, and follow-ups
- Support the planning and execution of student-focused events such as career fairs and information sessions
- Process reimbursement requests for candidates attending onsite interviews
- Support recruiting for student and intern positions
- Maintain candidate and recruitment data in Workday and other HR systems
- Perform regular data quality and compliance checks, including monthly data-cleanup activities
- Participate in selected people and organizational development initiatives
Requirements
What you’ll need- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Social Sciences, or a related field
- Strong interest in Human Resources and talent-related topics
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a structured manner
- Professional and confident communication skills in English & German
- Reliable, proactive, friendly and service-oriented mindset
