About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Leading the strategy, marketing, and commercial activities targeting the youth audience
- Continuous analysis of competitor activity and driving initiatives to strengthen the company’s competitive edge
- Formulating and leading the growth strategy among the youth demographic (ages 13–29)
- Monitoring and analysing competitor activity in the telecom market and driving reactive marketing initiatives
- Developing tailored value propositions for the youth audience
- Leading and executing marketing campaigns and experiential activities aligned with the target audience's world of content
- Establishing collaborations with brands, platforms, and communities relevant to young audiences
- Working ongoingly with Marketing, Sales, Digital, Product, and Customer Service departments
- Managing suppliers and creative entities (studio, media, productions, etc.)
Requirements
What you’ll need- At least 3 years of experience in Marketing or Category Management
- Deep understanding of consumption trends and culture among youth
- Deep understanding of social media
- Experience working with content creators, influencers, advertising agencies, and digital vendors
- Initiating, planning, and producing events, activations, sponsorships, and field activities for a young audience
- Experience in managing content productions, shoot days, videos, and digital campaigns
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders
- Creative thinking combined with strong analytical capabilities
