About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Reporting to the E‑Store Manager at Samsung Electronics France, you will contribute to increasing revenue and visibility for the Samsung Pro Shop, Samsung’s e‑shop for freelancers, startups and micro/small businesses.
CRM: implementation of always‑on promotional email campaigns as well as trigger-based marketing (cross-sell, cart abandonment, relationship marketing, etc.).
Briefing agencies, implementation, QA, analysis and reporting of CRM activity.
Propose optimization areas and make recommendations.
E‑merchandising and UX/UI optimizations to increase conversion rates (tools used: Contentsquare, Kameleoon, etc.).
Improve visibility through implementation of a communication plan (Display, Social, SEA, Affiliate).
Partnerships: prospect and help set up new partnerships to identify new B2B customers and grow revenue.
Reporting: monitor sales and traffic, analyze results to evaluate the performance and profitability of each action.
Continuous monitoring of best practices in UX/UI, CRM and e‑commerce.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Student or graduate from a business school (equivalent to Bachelor’s level, 3rd/4th year).
Fluent in English — essential in an international environment.
Good command of the Microsoft Office suite, especially for creating presentations and analyzing data.
Comfortable preparing and presenting materials for senior management and external partners.
Excellent interpersonal skills; able to collaborate effectively and work across cross‑functional teams.
Organized, methodical and autonomous, able to manage multiple projects in parallel.
Proactive and energetic, you enjoy taking initiative and proposing new ideas.
Your curiosity, team spirit and willingness to get involved will make the difference to succeed in this role.
