About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Identify and evaluate opportunities to integrate AI to improve business processes and productivity.
- Explore and develop AI-driven process improvement use cases across the organization, including Sales and Marketing.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement AI-driven solutions.
- Conduct research on emerging AI trends and technologies to maintain a competitive edge.
- Analyze data and metrics to assess the impact of AI initiatives and provide data-driven recommendations.
- Provide training and support to employees on the use of AI tools and related use cases.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience in AI, machine learning, software development, and natural language processing.
- Strong understanding of business processes and the ability to identify areas for AI-driven improvement.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and strategic thinking.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Python for data analysis, machine learning, and AI model development.
- Advanced skills in Excel and Power Query for data manipulation and analysis.
- Experience with Power BI or similar tools for data visualization and reporting.
- Knowledge of data integration techniques to connect Sales and Marketing data with AI models.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and marketing automation platforms.
- French (native) and English (working proficiency) required; Korean is a plus but not mandatory.
