Key responsibilities & impact

Own pixel infrastructure and end-to-end measurement for performance advertising products
Ensure conversion signals, attribution, and measurement frameworks are accurate and reliable
Improve signal quality, coverage, and reliability for optimization and measurement accuracy
Own conversion measurement frameworks used across performance products
Partner with Data Science for attribution models and performance diagnostics
Drive product decisions around privacy and compliance
Write clear PRDs and success metrics for measurement initiatives
Lead launches and migrations of measurement systems
Define health metrics and monitor measurement coverage

Requirements

What you’ll need

7+ years of experience in product management
Strong experience in performance AdTech or relevant experience
Hands-on experience with conversion pixels
Server-side tracking
Event-based measurement systems
Solid understanding of performance advertising fundamentals
Deep understanding of e-commerce performance metrics
Proven experience building measurement and reporting systems
Experience working closely with Engineering and Data Science
Experience partnering closely with Sales and customer-facing teams in a B2B environment
Strong analytical skills
Clear communicator
