About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Contribute to the verification of GPU subsystems for Samsung’s next-generation mobile GPU
  • Develop comprehensive verification plans, define verification goals, coverage metrics, and sign-off criteria
  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable verification testbenches using SystemVerilog, UVM, and C++
  • Validate complex block and subsystem behaviors applying constrained-random testing and assertion-based techniques
  • Ensure functional and performance excellence across subsystem coverage
  • Assist with complex debug and issue resolution by analyzing failures
  • Take initiatives on moderate-to-complex projects and advocate best practices

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 6+ years of experience with a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science/Engineering
  • 4+ years of experience with a Master’s Degree
  • 2+ years of experience with a Ph.D.
  • Hands-on experience in GPU, CPU, or advanced semiconductor design verification
  • Working knowledge of computer architecture and GPU subsystem design
  • Good programming skills in C/C++, Python, Perl, or equivalent
  • Familiarity with SystemVerilog and UVM, including constrained-random testing, functional coverage, and assertions
  • Knowledge or experience with contributing to verification strategy and execution
  • Hands-on experience in debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Knowledge of memory subsystem or coherent interconnects (nice to have)
  • Experience with performance-aware verification or performance profiling (nice to have)
  • Hardware modeling or emulation experience (nice to have)
