About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners by providing clear communication assets, toolkits, and brand guidelines
- Plan and execute joint marketing campaigns with partners by aligning objectives, budgets, KPIs, and timelines, while managing asset development and delivery
- Consolidate partner campaign plans and ensure alignment with overall strategic goals
- Monitor campaign execution, collect supporting materials, and provide performance reporting and insights to management
- Collaborate with internal teams, HQ, and external agencies to ensure consistent and effective implementation of marketing activities across all channels
Requirements
What you’ll need- Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- At least 1 year of experience in marketing campaign management, preferably within channel marketing
- Basic understanding of ATL campaign planning and KPIs
- Fluent spoken and written English (for cooperation with colleagues and partners outside of Lithuania)
- Proactive, adaptable, and able to work independently
- Well-organized, structured, and detail-oriented
