Lead privacy and regulatory initiatives
Assess and mitigate privacy risks
Promote a culture of privacy within the organization
Conduct regular assessments to identify and address privacy risks
Develop and maintain privacy policies, processes, and documentation
Oversee privacy impact assessments for new and existing initiatives
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate privacy-by-design principles
Manage an effective incident response plan for privacy incidents
Lead investigations and coordinate responses to privacy-related incidents
Provide strategic guidance on privacy compliance

Requirements

What you’ll need

Significant proven experience in a senior privacy role
Experience navigating privacy considerations facing digital advertising
Knowledge of third-party AdTech technology, dataflows and processes
Experience with AI privacy requirements and privacy reviews
In-depth knowledge of global privacy regulations, such as GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, and other global and domestic data protection laws
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Experience operationalizing and/or managing global privacy requirements
Professional certifications such as CIPP, CIPM, or CIPT
Experience evaluating the design and effectiveness of controls
Experience in working directly with auditors for compliance assessments
