- Lead privacy and regulatory initiatives
- Assess and mitigate privacy risks
- Promote a culture of privacy within the organization
- Conduct regular assessments to identify and address privacy risks
- Develop and maintain privacy policies, processes, and documentation
- Oversee privacy impact assessments for new and existing initiatives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate privacy-by-design principles
- Manage an effective incident response plan for privacy incidents
- Lead investigations and coordinate responses to privacy-related incidents
- Provide strategic guidance on privacy compliance
Requirements
- Significant proven experience in a senior privacy role
- Experience navigating privacy considerations facing digital advertising
- Knowledge of third-party AdTech technology, dataflows and processes
- Experience with AI privacy requirements and privacy reviews
- In-depth knowledge of global privacy regulations, such as GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, and other global and domestic data protection laws
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience operationalizing and/or managing global privacy requirements
- Professional certifications such as CIPP, CIPM, or CIPT
- Experience evaluating the design and effectiveness of controls
- Experience in working directly with auditors for compliance assessments
