About the role

  • Develop and execute the overall channel partnership strategy, including recruitment, enablement, and retention of partners
  • Identify new channel opportunities to expand market presence across key regions and industries
  • Collaborate with leadership to align channel strategy with corporate objectives
  • Build strong, long-term relationships with resellers, distributors, system integrators, and technology partners
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for top-tier channel partners, ensuring alignment on goals, KPIs, and joint business plans
  • Conduct regular business reviews with partners to assess performance, identify opportunities, and resolve challenges
  • Oversee the design and management of the partner program, including onboarding, training and incentives
  • Partner with Marketing to develop co-branded campaigns, partner toolkits, and demand-generation initiatives
  • Ensure operational excellence in channel processes, including deal registration, pipeline management, and reporting
  • Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams to drive joint initiatives
  • Provide coaching and leadership to channel managers or partner account managers on the team
  • Represent the company at partner and industry events, conferences, and forums

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred)
  • 8+ years of experience in channel partnerships, business development, or strategic alliances
  • At least 3 years in a leadership role
  • Proven track record of building and scaling channel programs that drive measurable revenue growth
  • Strong knowledge of SaaS partner ecosystems
  • Excellent relationship-building, negotiation, and communication skills
  • Ability to think strategically while executing operationally
  • Strong presentation and listening skills, particularly for in-person meetings with multiple stakeholders
  • An entrepreneurial mindset and a focus on outcomes
  • Superior verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to operate in a highly ambiguous and fast-paced environment
  • Strong interest and proficiency in technology
