About the role
- Ensure professional, cost- and schedule-compliant preparation and execution of all projects and assignments within the area of responsibility
- Build and adapt the organization, particularly by optimizing existing process flows in project operations and further developing the business unit
- Monitor costs and take responsibility for complying with budget targets
- Take pleasure in and show commitment to supporting our existing clients in building management
- Be reliable and responsible as a contact person for the team
- Operational and administrative responsibility for the area
- Functional and disciplinary personnel responsibility for the site managers
- Implement customer-oriented service quality and ensure compliance with all relevant quality standards
- Promote and develop employees
Requirements
- Completed vocational training or degree in facility management, building services engineering, electrical engineering, building technology, or a comparable field
- Professional experience in a comparable position
- Very good written and spoken German (C1)
- Solid knowledge of technical facility management
- Customer-focused manner, organizational skills and assertiveness
- Confident use of MS Office and ideally experience with CAFM systems
- Driving licence class B
