About the role
- Plan, control and monitor cleaning processes
- Provide technical and disciplinary leadership for the cleaning team
- Conduct quality checks and ensure compliance with safety and hygiene standards as well as the service specification
- Responsible for inventory management and budget administration
- Work closely with clients, colleagues and partners
- Develop and implement optimization measures to increase efficiency
Requirements
- Completed vocational training or a degree in Facility Management or a comparable qualification
- Several years of experience in a leadership position within building cleaning
- Confident user of MS Office and ideally experience with CAFM systems
- Class B driving license
- Hands-on mentality
- Strong communication skills and a solution-oriented approach
- Organizational talent and a strong sense of responsibility
- Entrepreneurial thinking and service orientation
