About the role
- Responsibility for the Freiberg area (09599)
- Coordination and leadership of cleaning teams
- Ensuring quality, hygiene and customer satisfaction
- Planning staff deployments and material allocation
- Acting as the interface between customers, employees and company management
Requirements
- Completed qualification in commercial cleaning and initial professional experience as a site/object manager in cleaning services
- Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook and some experience with the ERP system Microsoft Dynamics NAV (Navision)
- Valid driving license (Class B)
- Strong communication, organizational and leadership skills
- Friendly, service-oriented manner
- Independent and structured working style
- Good German language skills, both written and spoken
- Practical, hands-on mentality
