About the role

  • Support and management of multiple clients.
  • Ensure compliance with and implementation of all relevant regulations and guidelines for technical building management.
  • Independently plan maintenance and repair measures.
  • Participate in the execution of larger building maintenance projects and smaller new-build, conversion, and extension projects in the building services trades.
  • Cost optimization of technical and infrastructural FM services.
  • Scheduling, coordination, and performance monitoring of external service providers.
  • Close collaboration with our maintenance technicians.

Requirements

  • Completed vocational training or degree in Facility Management, Building Services Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Building Technology, or a related field.
  • Professional experience in a comparable position.
  • Very good German language skills, spoken and written (C1).
  • Sound knowledge of technical building management.
  • Customer-focused demeanor, strong organizational skills, and assertiveness.
  • Confident use of MS Office and ideally experience with CAFM systems.
  • Valid driving licence (Class B).
