About the role
- Responsibility for the operation and maintenance of technical building systems (building services)
- Evaluate and optimize maintenance measures
- Budget responsibility
- Maintain property documentation and manage subcontractors
- Point of contact for our clients
- Technical and disciplinary leadership of your team
- Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, guidelines, technical standards and occupational health & safety
Requirements
- Effective daily organization combined with flexibility
- Service- and solution-oriented mindset
- Appreciative, development-focused approach to people management
- Confident user of MS Office
- Very good German language skills, spoken and written (C1)
- Valid driver's license (Class B)
- Technical vocational training (e.g., HVAC/plumbing and heating mechanic - Anlagenmechaniker SHK - or electrical technician) OR a completed degree (Diploma/Bachelor/Master) in Facility Management, Industrial/Energy/Building/Electrical/Utility Engineering
- Several years of professional experience in facility management plus initial leadership experience
