About the role
- Responsibility for the operation and maintenance of technical building systems
- Assess and optimize maintenance measures
- Budget responsibility
- Maintain property documentation and manage subcontractors
- Point of contact for our clients
- Technical and disciplinary leadership of your team
- Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, guidelines, technical standards and occupational safety requirements
Requirements
- Completed degree (Diploma/Bachelor/Master) in Facility Management, Operations, Energy, Building, Electrical or Supply Engineering OR technical vocational training, e.g., as a sanitary/heating/air-conditioning technician (SHK) or electrical technician
- Several years of professional experience in facility management plus initial leadership experience
- Effective day-to-day organization skills combined with flexibility
- Service- and solution-oriented mindset
- Appreciative and development-focused people management
- Confident user of MS Office
- Very good German language skills, spoken and written (C1)
- Class B driving licence
