About the role
- Planning, controlling and monitoring cleaning processes
- Operational and disciplinary leadership of the cleaning team
- Conducting quality checks and ensuring compliance with safety and hygiene standards, as well as the service specifications
- Responsibility for inventory management and budget administration
- Close cooperation with clients, colleagues and partners
- Development and implementation of optimization measures to increase efficiency
Requirements
- Completed vocational training or degree in Facility Management or a comparable qualification
- Several years of experience in a managerial role within building cleaning
- Proficient in MS Office and ideally experienced with CAFM systems
- Valid driver’s license (Class B)
- Hands-on mentality
- Strong communication skills and a solution-oriented approach
- Organizational skills and a strong sense of responsibility
- Entrepreneurial mindset and customer-service orientation
