About the role
- Planning, coordinating and overseeing cleaning processes
- Professional and disciplinary leadership of the cleaning team
- Conducting quality checks and ensuring compliance with safety and hygiene standards and the service specification
- Responsibility for inventory/materials management and budget control
- Close collaboration with clients, colleagues and partners
- Developing and implementing optimization measures to increase efficiency
Requirements
- Completed vocational training or degree in Facility Management or a comparable qualification
- Several years of managerial experience in the commercial cleaning sector
- Proficient in MS Office and ideally experienced with CAFM systems
- Valid driving licence (class B)
- Hands-on mentality
- Strong communication skills and solution-oriented approach
- Organizational talent and a sense of responsibility
- Business-minded and service-oriented
