Key Account Director – FM Services
Samsic FacilityKey Account Director responsible for developing long-term client partnerships and driving revenue in integrated facilities management. Leading sales initiatives and securing new business opportunities in London and the South.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Take ownership of a strategic portfolio of high-value accounts
- Developing long-term partnerships while identifying and securing new business opportunities
- Work closely with senior decision-makers
- Lead complex sales cycles
- Collaborate across bids, operations and marketing teams to deliver tailored, high-impact solutions
- Deliver and exceed an annual sales target of £3m+
- Build and manage a qualified pipeline exceeding £9m on a rolling three-month basis
- Lead negotiations and complex contract discussions through to successful award
- Develop trusted partnerships with stakeholders at every level
- Attend industry networking events, conferences and customer engagement activities
- Conduct site visits and create innovative, commercially competitive service solutions
Requirements
What you’ll need- 3–5+ years’ experience selling soft FM or integrated facilities solutions
- Strong background in new business acquisition at Key Account Manager or Director level
- Proven ability to influence and build relationships with senior stakeholders
- Commercially driven with a strong track record of achieving growth targets
- Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills
- Strong Excel and commercial reporting capability
- Experience writing or contributing to winning bids and proposals (desirable)
- Creative and solution-focused approach to sales strategy (desirable)
