Sales Contract Administrator

• Own the performance, development, and day-to-day leadership of a team of Senior Enterprise AEs, driving net new logo acquisition and expansion across a defined set of strategic UK accounts
• Coach your team through complex, multi-stakeholder deal cycles where average contract values regularly reach seven figures over multi-year terms
• Build and run a structured operating rhythm - pipeline reviews, deal inspection, forecasting discipline - while getting close enough to the detail to add value at the deal level
• Develop your reps’ ability to access economic buyers, build multi-threaded relationships, and position Samsara’s expanding product portfolio against a customer’s most critical business priorities
• Pressure-test deal qualification, challenge assumptions, and help your team navigate the complexity of selling into large UK enterprises - this isn’t a role where you sit above the deals
• Build the commercial muscles - cross-sell, multi-product attach, stakeholder mapping - that will drive durable growth as we expand our footprint across the UK’s largest accounts

Regional Sales Director – Strategic Enterprise

• Own the performance and development of a team of Mid-Market Account Executives across the DACH territory, holding reps accountable to pipeline targets, activity standards, and forecast hygiene through structured weekly operating rhythms.
• Coach each rep individually — adapting your approach to where each person is in their development — from building territory plans and running effective discovery calls through to closing complex, multi-stakeholder deals.
• Build and sustain a predictable outbound pipeline engine across the team, setting clear rep-level generation targets, running weekly pipe reviews, and diagnosing coverage gaps before they become quarter-end problems.
• Join key deals alongside your reps — as a coach and as a closer when needed — pressure-testing qualification rigour and helping move deals through the critical stages of the sales cycle.
• Partner closely with your Director, Sales Engineering, ADR leadership and Marketing to align on territory strategy, resource deployment, and cross-functional execution — translating broader commercial priorities into daily team practice.
• Hire and onboard exceptional talent: actively sourcing candidates through your own network, running a rigorous assessment process, and building a bench that raises the standard of the team over time.

• Architect end-to-end computer vision pipelines for real-world safety detection — object detection, tracking, semantic segmentation, multi-camera fusion, and beyond
• Drive the technical roadmap for edge and cloud perception, including how we optimize and deploy models on constrained hardware without sacrificing accuracy
• Partner closely with our hardware and firmware teams — we build our own devices, which means you'll have a rare ability to co-design the full stack
• Work with petabyte-scale multimodal data (video, sensor, telematics, diagnostics) to train and iterate on production models

• Own, maintain, and optimize Samsara's Okta environments (commercial and StateRAMP/FedRAMP), including SSO integrations, group management, Okta Workflows automation, and access policy governance.
• Design, build, and support integrations and automations using Workato, including ownership of the OWL-IT IT Genie platform — Samsara's AI-powered IT service delivery and provisioning system.
• Administer and support Google Workspace, including Marketplace app management, group and OU configuration, offboarding automation, and service account governance.
• Lead and contribute to Identity & Access Management initiatives including birthright provisioning, role-based access controls, Saviynt RBAC, and access lifecycle automation.
• Be the primary IT engineering SME for StateRAMP/FedRAMP IT controls — scoping, implementing, documenting, and gathering evidence to satisfy compliance requirements.
• Provide Tier 3 escalation support for complex, sensitive, and security-related IT incidents, including SCIM, provisioning failures, and authentication issues across identity-integrated systems.
• Build and maintain clear documentation including runbooks, architecture diagrams, access policies, and business process flows in Confluence.
