- Act as a strategic finance partner on high-impact commercial decisions
- Build trusted relationships with senior leaders and communicate clearly
Requirements
What you’ll need- 10+ years of experience across Finance, Deal Desk, Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, commercial strategy, or related functions
- Demonstrated experience leading complex deal negotiations
- Strong financial acumen and the ability to translate company goals into thoughtful deal strategy
- Proven ability to hire, lead, and develop high-performing teams
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong analytical skills, including the ability to synthesize data into actionable insights
