Requirements

What you’ll need

  • Strong financial acumen and the ability to translate company goals into thoughtful deal strategy
  • Proven ability to hire, lead, and develop high-performing teams
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong analytical skills, including the ability to synthesize data into actionable insights
