About the role

  • Partner with Support Engineering to hire across Customer Service, Technical Support, and Workforce Management
  • Manage full-cycle recruiting: sourcing, engaging passive candidates, and maintaining candidate experience
  • Act as a talent advisor: understand hiring leaders, facilitate interview debriefs, and drive offers and negotiations
  • Use data to extract insights, identify headwinds/tailwinds, and unblock search challenges
  • Communicate effectively with different audiences and tailor messages accordingly
  • Manage stakeholders and drive initiatives to overcome recruitment obstacles
  • Develop and implement sourcing strategies to build diverse pipelines and advise on inclusive interview processes
  • Track pipeline data and maintain recruiting tools (Greenhouse) with strong attention to detail
  • Champion Samsara’s cultural principles and support team development

Requirements

  • 4+ years of recruiting experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Proven experience hiring for Technical Support and/or Customer Service roles
  • Must be based in Mexico and legally authorized to work in the country
  • Ability to create, measure, and scale workflow between candidates, hiring managers, and the recruiting team
  • Proven strategic sourcing skills
  • Team player with an eye for talent who loves connecting people and opportunities
  • Able to confidently represent Samsara with professionalism both internally and externally
  • Target-driven, detail-oriented, and able to bring up others around you
  • Previous tech experience preferred
  • Familiarity with Greenhouse or equivalent ATS experience
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience
