Oversee Samsara's service-delivery partnerships, building and scaling high-quality partner programs.
Support Samsara’s fleet and site installations, software integration, and implementation partners.
Lead and develop the Partner Services team.
Drive strategy and operational excellence across installation and services partners globally.
Build scalable programs, processes, and quality standards that improve partner performance.
Ensure partners support Samsara's expanding product footprint and implementation needs.
Problem-solve with cross-functional teams to simplify large scale deployments delivered by partners.
Champion and embed Samsara's cultural principles as we scale globally.

Requirements

What you’ll need

10+ years of experience managing partner relationships.
8+ years of combined program management, enablement, or operations consulting experience.
Excellent analytical, written, and verbal communications skills.
Consistent track record of building and deploying external programs alongside sales peers to drive revenue.
Experience within the fleet management or hardware deployment space is preferred.
Familiarity with the commercial fleet space.
Experience within Enterprise SaaS sales.
