About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Partner closely with Manager to VP-level Sales Leadership to optimize our Enterprise Sales motion
  • Lead large cross-functional programs focused on improving Sales outcomes
  • Intake, assess, and prioritize Sales-specific requests and process gaps based on business impact and effort
  • Develop and maintain operational metrics that uncover inefficiencies or risks within the seller workflow
  • Collaborate with Salesforce Systems and RevOps teams to enhance automation and deliver scalable tooling
  • Champion Samsara’s cultural principles as we scale globally

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 6+ years of experience in Sales Operations roles supporting cross-functional sales organizations within a fast-paced SaaS environment
  • Proven ability to drive improvements in Sales workflows through cross-functional project management
  • Advanced in Excel
  • Advanced in Salesforce.com and proficient in sales tech stack tools
  • Strong organizational skills and business judgment
  • Analytical mindset and ability to use data to influence sales strategy and decision-making
  • Excellent communication skills and experience translating policy/process into field-facing resources and guidance
  • Bachelor's degree from a top university; focus in business, finance, economics, or engineering preferred. MBA optional.
  • Salesforce Administration Experience is a plus but not required
