About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Samsara’s In-Vehicle Experience platform
Define and prioritize a portfolio of features that allow our clients to interact with the in-cab camera
Build the in-vehicle experience platform and prioritization layer for internal teams
Partner with firmware and full-stack engineering teams to navigate hardware and embedded system constraints
Champion the driver’s perspective through continuous customer research
Collaborate with AI and ML teams to integrate intelligent features into the in-cab experience
Define success metrics, monitor product performance, and drive a continuous cycle of experimentation and iteration
Champion, role model, and embed Samsara’s cultural principles as we scale globally

Requirements

What you’ll need

5+ years of product management experience
Demonstrated experience shipping AI-powered or ML-driven features
Strong customer research skills with experience translating insights into successful product strategies
Platform thinking experience
Excellent communication skills; able to align cross-functional stakeholders
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
