About the role
- Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Samsara’s In-Vehicle Experience platform
- Define and prioritize a portfolio of features that allow our clients to interact with the in-cab camera
- Build the in-vehicle experience platform and prioritization layer for internal teams
- Partner with firmware and full-stack engineering teams to navigate hardware and embedded system constraints
- Champion the driver’s perspective through continuous customer research
- Collaborate with AI and ML teams to integrate intelligent features into the in-cab experience
- Define success metrics, monitor product performance, and drive a continuous cycle of experimentation and iteration
- Champion, role model, and embed Samsara’s cultural principles as we scale globally
Requirements
- 5+ years of product management experience
- Demonstrated experience shipping AI-powered or ML-driven features
- Strong customer research skills with experience translating insights into successful product strategies
- Platform thinking experience
- Excellent communication skills; able to align cross-functional stakeholders
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
