About the role
- Collaborate with Salesforce Systems and RevOps to define and document business requirements, drive UAT, and uphold strong data hygiene standards.
- Partner with Renewal Sales to optimize system workflows, drive improvements and ensure processes scale efficiently as the business continues to grow.
- Work cross-functionally to improve Renewals outcomes through process redesign, enhancements, and systems-driven initiatives.
- Develop and monitor key operational metrics to identify inefficiencies and opportunities within the Renewals workflow; translate insights into actionable recommendations and drive execution with partners.
- Own and govern Renewals-related Sales Policies, ensuring clarity, compliance, and consistent application globally; manage documentation and run routine audits to ensure adherence.
- Champion and model Samsara’s cultural principles while helping scale a high-performing global Renewals organization.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in an operational, analytical, or strategic role supporting a sales organization.
- Strong organizational skills and business judgment with a track record of contributing to complex projects from strategy through execution.
- Previous experience working with Salesforce, Zendesk and JIRA.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence and align cross-functional stakeholders.
- Experience partnering with senior and executive leadership.
- Strong judgment and decision-making skills, with the ability to operate proactively in a fast-paced environment.
