About the role

  • Build and develop relationships with prospective clients
  • Identify, manage and close new business opportunities
  • Engage multiple stakeholders across brand, marketing and insights teams
  • Develop strong understanding of client objectives, audiences and challenges
  • Create and present compelling proposals and commercial cases
  • Manage opportunities from discovery through to commitment
  • Lead negotiations and secure long-term partnerships
  • Introduce new ideas and solutions, confidently handling objections
  • Support client onboarding alongside the Campaign Management team
  • Stay informed on industry trends and market dynamics
  • Maintain accurate pipeline management and forecasting

Requirements

  • Proven experience in B2B new business or business development
  • Strong consultative sales approach with multi-stakeholder deals
  • Experience selling into CPG/FMCG or marketing-related environments
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Strong negotiation skills and commercial awareness
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Experience in sampling, retail media, MarTech or digital marketing (Desirable)
  • Understanding of CPG brand structures and marketing strategies (Desirable)
  • French or German language skills (Desirable)
