About the role
- Ensure efficient management of billing, accounts receivable, and treasury processes, optimizing cash flow and safeguarding the company’s financial health.
- Manage the billing issuance process and the sending of customer invoices.
- Collaborate with billing and accounts receivable teams to execute procedures, routines, and analyses.
- Execute the allocation/placement of financial resources.
- Perform bank reconciliations.
- Analyze data and KPIs to ensure the reliability and accuracy of financial processes.
- Support leadership with management reports on financial performance, providing data and insights on improvement opportunities and performance.
Requirements
- Advanced Excel — required ability to create pivot tables, formulas, and dashboards.
- Experience in bank reconciliation.
- Solid experience in accounts receivable and billing.
- Experience in area restructuring, ERP implementation, or process mapping and improvement.
- Knowledge of AI.
