About the role

  • Manage our key accounts in all contractual matters
  • Regular client contact, relationship building and analysis to ensure satisfaction and continuously expand collaboration
  • Actively identify up‑ and cross‑selling opportunities; conduct advisory meetings and product presentations
  • Together with the team: develop, coordinate and implement campaigns to acquire new key accounts
  • Close collaboration with the project management team and other colleagues at samedi

Requirements

  • Several years of experience in Key Account Management or B2B sales, ideally in E‑Health or SaaS
  • An existing network in relevant areas of inpatient or outpatient care or in the public health sector is a plus
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Confident engagement with diverse stakeholders, especially at decision‑maker level
  • Strong IT affinity and quick comprehension
  • A proactive, results‑oriented working style
  • Very good German and good English skills
