About the role

  • Assess client business goals and advertising requirements to deliver tailored solutions and strategic recommendations
  • Analyze campaign performance data and translate it into clear, actionable insights; present results to clients
  • Troubleshoot and resolve campaign, audience, and measurement issues, including discrepancies
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective campaign execution and optimization
  • Build and maintain strong client partnerships; manage requests and drive renewals and expansions
  • Deliver training, workshops, and partner enablement; act as escalation point
  • Lead quarterly business reviews and partner meetings to align on strategy and performance
  • Develop resources, best-practice guides, and training programs
  • Manage Salesforce reconciliation for programmatic audience and partner usage reporting
  • Develop and deploy audience segments; recommend targeting strategies aligned with campaign goals
  • Configure, monitor, and optimize campaigns; identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities
  • Provide strategic guidance during pre- and post-sales; lead troubleshooting with traders/agencies
  • Identify and address operational/process inefficiencies to improve workflow and delivery

Requirements

  • You hold a Bachelor's Degree
  • 5+ years of programmatic advertising experience
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • Strong programmatic expertise and confidence working with DSPs, SSPs, DMPs, ad servers, and ad-verification platforms
  • Solid experience in Excel, including pivot tables and chart-making
  • Excellent time management and ability to prioritise multiple tasks
  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage difficult client conversations
  • Hands-on expert mindset; self-starter who is passionate about ad tech and eager to learn and teach new technology
