- The People Operations Intern will help support US People Operations.
- You will work with the director to maintain HR systems, help document processes, assist with reporting and analytics, help develop HR dashboards, support US onboarding/offboarding and contribute to continuous HR process improvement.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Behavioral Economics, Data Analytics or a related field.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with Google Workspace or MS Office and willingness to learn HR software tools
