Sales Development Representative – SDR

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Generating and qualifying new business opportunities within HR/Talent/Learning & Development leaders
- Owning the top of the funnel, identifying target accounts and engaging decision-makers
- Booking high-quality meetings
- Leveraging Sama’s AI tool to tailor outreach
- Building and executing outbound prospecting campaigns across email, phone, and LinkedIn
- Engaging prospective customers and uncovering business challenges and opportunities
- Maintaining accurate records and activity within the CRM
- Collaborating closely with team members to optimise outreach strategies and messaging
- Continuously testing and refining prospecting approaches to improve conversion rates
- Consistently achieving and exceeding activity and pipeline generation targets
Requirements
What you’ll need- Have a minimum of 1.5 years of experience in a Sales Development Representative, Business Development Representative or similar outbound sales role
- Proven track record of generating qualified pipeline in a B2B environment
- Have sold to or prospecting experience within US, Canada or UK markets
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage senior stakeholders
- Confidence in cold calling
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed KPIs and activity targets
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Be fluent and incredibly articulate in English, both verbal and written
