Enterprise Account Executive
SamaEnterprise Account Executive responsible for sales cycle management and client growth for B2B platform Sama. Achieving targets in HR and Learning & Development sectors with direct client engagement.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- We’re in the process of scaling Sama, and our success starts with new business. Be ready to be the CEO of your territory, from finding, meeting, negotiating, and closing new clients.
- You'll take ownership of the entire sales cycle, from outbound prospecting to contract negotiation and closing.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Have a minimum of 3 years experience as an Account Executive selling into HR, People, Talent or Learning & Development functions
- Proven track record of consistently delivering high levels of success in B2B complex sales
- Have sold to US or UK markets
- Have a natural ability to build and maintain rapport with a diverse range of stakeholders
- Obsession with building end-to-end sales systems and processes that fuel sustainable revenue growth
- Demonstrated ability to meet, and exceed KPIs
- Be fluent and incredibly articulate in English, both verbal and written
