About the role

  • Support the CFO in the conceptual development and coordination of strategic, procedural and operational topics.
  • Accompany and independently prepare and follow up on meetings and decisions.
  • Prepare and coordinate decision papers, board-level reports, presentation materials and speeches (internal and external).
  • Coordinate and finalize board-level materials for supervisory board meetings and committees on behalf of the CFO.
  • Prepare the CFO’s capital markets communication and create social media activities as well as press and public-relations materials.
  • Independently manage and take responsibility for complex projects.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in (industrial) engineering, business administration or a comparable field.
  • Several years of professional experience desirable.
  • Strong numerical affinity and pronounced analytical skills.
  • Ability to work dynamically, including in hectic situations.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented work approach and commitment.
  • Openness to new topics such as AI.
  • Strong time-management skills, communication skills, quality awareness, confident presence and interpersonal competence in dealings with internal and external stakeholders.
  • High resilience, reliability, loyalty, trustworthiness, sense of duty and willingness to travel.
  • Confident user of MS Office and SAP products.
  • Excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken.
