About the role
- You manage the entire recruiting process, from aligning job requirements, reviewing and forwarding applications, liaising with the specialist departments and the works council, and supporting interviews through to hiring.
- In addition, you identify suitable candidates on XING and LinkedIn and approach and engage them for our vacancies.
- You work closely with our managers, jointly develop new recruiting strategies, and act as a point of contact on all matters related to talent acquisition.
- In other HR-related matters, you and our HR support team advise employees and managers.
- As part of HR administration, you are responsible for preparing employment contracts and references.
- You collaborate with our works council in a trusting and constructive manner.
- You contribute to cross-functional HR projects and actively incorporate HR trends.
Requirements
- Ideally, you have completed a degree with a focus on Human Resources or have a comparable qualification.
- You have several years of experience in operational HR, particularly in recruiting and active sourcing.
- You also have knowledge of labor law and works council legislation.
- As a personable and communicative individual, you naturally maintain an open manner with people and present yourself confidently.
- Your working style is service-oriented, proactive, reliable, and highly organized.
- You are proficient with MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams).
- Ideally, you also have initial experience with SAP HR or a comparable HR system.
