- Ensure cooperation and consultation around key action areas such as Gender Diversity, Disability, and LGBTIQA+ Communities
- Oversee Barwon Health’s Workforce Inclusion Framework
Requirements
- Experience in implementing diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives
- Excellent consulting, influencing and facilitation skills
- Proven ability to develop strategies related to recruitment, retention, and engagement
- Commitment to building an inclusive workplace culture
- Experience working within diverse communities
