About the role
- Responsible for the efficient, safe and effective operations of Wallace Lodge (McKellar Centre)
- Delivery and co-ordination of resident focussed care to a standard commensurate with the Aged Care Quality Standards
- Collaborate with staff to promote a positive and respectful workplace culture
- Ensure compliance with Barwon Health Policy and Procedures
- Oversee staff performance and conduct regular team meetings.
Requirements
- Relevant qualifications as a Registered Nurse (Div 1) in Australia
- Current registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia (NMBA)
- Demonstrated experience in aged care or similar settings
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work autonomously and within a team setting.
- Commitment to quality care and continuous improvement.
