About the role
- Provide medical lead for the Barwon Health Eating Disorder Service (EDS) new Day Program.
- Assessment of suitability for attendance in the program.
- Contribute to treatment planning and goals.
- Support to GP management of consumers.
- Involvement in groups and multi-disciplinary care discussions.
- Liaison with BH Medical teams and inpatient unit as required.
Requirements
- Provide medical leadership in the provision of high-quality services to consumers.
- Contribute to the Quality Assurance/Quality Improvement Program of the service.
- Applicants must hold FRACP, be accredited as a supervisor by the RACP, and be registered with general or specialist medical registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
