About the role
- The Personnel and Administration Coordinator (Grade 2) will provide essential administrative support
- Maintain service continuity, compliance and a well-supported Environmental Services workforce
Requirements
- Provide essential rostering, payroll and administrative support to the Environmental Services Department
- Ensure staffing workflows operate efficiently and in line with EBA and organisational requirements
- Support workforce planning, leave management, onboarding, training coordination and performance processes
