About the role
- Ensure the effective provision of patient care in the assistance of nursing staff in the areas of patient welfare, comfort, hygiene and transport in order to achieve and maintain quality patient outcomes.
- Delivering consumer centered care that meets best practice standards and is in line with Barwon Health requirements.
- Providing quality patient care using an evidence-based approach.
- Participation in regular audit processes to ensure compliance with applicable regulatory bodies is maintained.

Requirements
- Sound level of nursing skills and is easily identified as a role model of clinical competence.
