Key responsibilities & impact

Supervise and support team members in managing their client files
Review accounting work
Supervise and review tax returns
Review financial statements and tax packages
Support and advise clients on their accounting and tax matters
Maintain close relationships with a diverse client base
Ensure the quality, compliance, and timely completion of client files
Contribute to optimizing the firm’s processes, methods, and tools
Help develop the team’s skills
Gradually take on additional assignments based on your skills and career aspirations
No payroll processing or audit assignments are included within the scope of this role

Requirements

What you’ll need

Higher education in accounting, finance, business administration, or an equivalent qualification
DCG or DSCG qualification completed or currently in progress
At least 5 years of experience in a chartered accountancy firm
Experience in a small or medium-sized firm is particularly desirable
Strong expertise in accounting reviews, tax returns, financial statements, and tax packages
Ability to supervise and support team members
Autonomy and thoroughness in managing client files
Excellent interpersonal skills and a strong client-advisory mindset
Team spirit, commitment, and organizational skills
Good command of Microsoft Office
Ability to work with a varied client base, particularly small businesses, SMEs, and organizations with diverse accounting needs
Proficiency in English is an advantage in an environment serving international clients
