About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Join our client’s Revenue team as a Sales Development Representative, where you’ll play a key role in driving business growth within the health technology sector
  • Identify and research potential leads using a variety of modern sales tools and CRM systems
  • Develop and send outbound communications via email and LinkedIn to engage prospects
  • Respond to inbound inquiries and nurture early-stage marketing leads
  • Coordinate the transition of marketing-qualified leads (MQLs) to the sales team for further engagement
  • Support follow-up activities for campaigns and events
  • Contribute to the creation of outbound materials, including one-pagers and pitch decks
  • Collaborate closely with the Revenue team and other cross-functional departments
  • Leverage AI tools to enhance lead data, personalize outreach, and improve efficiency
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in HubSpot and other relevant platforms
  • Perform additional tasks as needed to support team objectives

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 2-4 years of experience in a B2B SaaS sales within healthtech, pharma or clinical trials
  • Proven cold calling experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and concisely
  • Professional proficiency or native fluency in English
  • Experience with, or ability to quickly learn, tools such as HubSpot, Slack, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
  • Highly organized, consistent, and capable of managing multiple outreach streams simultaneously
  • Genuine interest in healthcare, artificial intelligence, and automation
  • Adaptable and comfortable working in a dynamic startup environment where priorities and messaging may shift
  • Receptive to feedback and eager to collaborate within a team that values continuous improvement
