About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Design, implement or overhaul IT governance frameworks and service management models
  • Define roles, responsibilities, processes and governance bodies (committees, RACI, escalation procedures, etc.)
  • Structure and optimize ITSM processes using market best practices
  • Define, implement and monitor performance indicators, SLAs, OLAs and management dashboards
  • Perform organizational diagnostics and identify improvement opportunities for IT services
  • Develop operational action plans and support their deployment
  • Produce deliverables for IT leadership and executive committees (briefing notes, decision dossiers, strategic presentations)
  • Lead workshops, facilitate decision-making and support teams in change management
  • Advise clients on governance, organization and service management best practices
  • Contribute to business development and client relationship management
  • Occasionally supervise junior consultants as project needs dictate

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 6 to 12 years’ experience in an IT consulting firm or within an IT department
  • Strong experience in IT governance, ITSM, service management or IT organization transformation
  • Good knowledge of ITIL, COBIT frameworks or equivalents
  • Technical understanding of IT environments (systems, networks, applications, infrastructure, operations)
  • Ability to communicate effectively with technical teams, DevOps, cybersecurity and business stakeholders
  • Excellent writing and synthesis skills
  • Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel and tools for producing executive-level deliverables
  • High level of autonomy in managing engagements and strong client orientation
  • Analytical mindset, rigor and ability to structure complex problems
  • Experience facilitating workshops and supporting organizational change
  • Fluent French required; professional working English appreciated
